As we expand, we’re searching for a driven and results-focused Outbound Sales Representative to join our Cairo team and lead the charge in generating new business opportunities.

About the Role

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our outbound sales strategy. Your primary focus will be cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized video outreach to engage with prospects and build strong relationships. The goal? To book qualified strategy sessions where we showcase how Joya Digital can elevate their marketing.

This is an on-site role, Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 11 PM, based in our Cairo office. If you’re relentless, love talking to new people, and know how to make an impact through personalized communication, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Cold Calling (100 calls per day | 500 calls per week):

  • Reach out to targeted prospects across multiple industries using an auto-dialer.
  • Pitch Joya Digital’s marketing services and generate interest for strategy sessions.

Cold Emailing & LinkedIn Outreach:

  • Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages to decision-makers.
  • Follow up consistently and track engagement.

Personalized Video Outreach (60 videos per day | 300 videos per week):

  • Create engaging, personalized video messages to connect with prospects.
  • Communicate key marketing insights and build interest in a strategy session.

Booking Qualified Strategy Sessions:

  • Secure at least 10 qualified sales meetings per week for our strategy team.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system.

Pipeline Management & Follow-Up:

  • Keep the sales pipeline organized and up-to-date.
  • Schedule follow-ups and track responses to move prospects through the funnel.

  • Confident Communicator: Fluent in English (spoken and written) with a natural ability to engage and persuade.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email outreach platforms, and video recording software.
  • Video-Native: You’re confident on camera and can deliver clear, engaging video messages.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You keep your follow-ups tight and your CRM spotless.
  • Goal-Oriented: You understand that the mission is to book qualified strategy calls — and you don’t stop until you do.
  • Cairo-Based: This is an on-site position in Cairo.
